Coaching Skills Survey

A Coaching Skills Survey is used to provide feedback to delegates on 15 key Coaching Skills. The survey is based on a number of tick box statements that is circulated to each delegate and up to three members of each delegate's team prior to the workshop. Copies of the surveys are available in the Secure Client Area of this site.

The specific feedback from the survey will provide each delegate with individual outcomes for the workshop. These skills are:

Assessing Development Needs Active Listening Reviewing Monitoring Progress Development Planning Encouraging Learning Dealing with Performance Issues Recognising Development Opportunities Understanding Development Opportunities

Approachability Asking Questions Effective Delegating Understanding Learning Styles Utilising Training Styles Motivating People Providing Feedback
