Colin Braithwaite
Colin spent 15 years as a Human Resources Manager working in facilities
management and call centre operations. He currently delivers training
and consultancy in all areas of organisational and management development.
Recent assignments include successful IIP project management to accreditation
for a public utility, designing recruitment and selection, career development
and performance management systems, training needs analysis and delivering
a programme of core skills courses for a large multi national.
Dave Pearson
Dave's background as an IT consultant working within internet banking
applications, design and development has given him the ideal experience
to consult with our clients on decisions based around CRM solutions
and implementation.
Mike Sagar
Over 20 years experience of sales and management in the IT industry
gives Mike the background he needs to develop and deliver strategic
sales training and business development consultancy to a wide range
of clients.
Kelcey Scatchard C.Psychol.
Kelcey is a chartered psychologist with 8 years consultancy experience
and has completed projects across the breadth of occupational psychology
in both the public and private sector. This includes counselling and
personal development; employee relations and motivation; organisational
development and change; personnel selection and assessment, and training
and development.
She has considerable experience in designing and running assessment
and development centres. This includes providing in-depth summaries
based on extensive one-to-one interviewing, 360º feedback, group
discussions and presentations and psychometric evaluation.
Kelcey holds a BSc Hons in Psychology from University of Hertfordshire
and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths College, UCL.
She is registered as a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological
Society.
Julian Tatlow
Julian established Kronos Learning Ltd in 1998 following 5 years consultancy
and training experience with a major plc. His commercial background
is in sales and general management with an international oil company.
His current role involves client management, delivery of sales and performance
management based development workshops, competency based assessment
and programme design.
